More than a snapshot
The spires deserve more than a phone
A quick phone shot disappears into the camera roll by the time you’re home. A portrait walk gives you images you’ll actually print and frame — natural, unhurried photographs of you in the city you travelled to see. We simply wander, talk and take it in, and the best moments look after themselves.
Whenever you’re ready, I’ll meet you in Oxford.

Where we’ll wander
Oxford’s most photogenic corners
A standard walk takes in two or three of these — we’ll choose based on what drew you to Oxford in the first place.
Radcliffe Camera
The city`s most photographed landmark
Bodleian Library
Centuries of honeyed Costwold stone
High Street & lanes
Cobbled corners & ancient achways
Christ Church Meadow
Golden willows & riverside paths
Hidden lanes, the Bridge of Sighs, college quads, a quiet punt on the Cherwell — tell me what you love and we’ll build the route around it.

Good to know before you go
Photo walk questions
How long is the walk, and how far do we go?
Most walks last about an hour at a gentle stroll — enough to take in two or three of Oxford’s loveliest spots without rushing. Want to see more of the city or change outfits? Longer two- and three-hour walks are available.
When and how do we get the photos?
There’s no fixed cap — I include every shot worth keeping. A one-hour walk typically gives you 20–35 images, with the exact number depending on the route, the pace and how many of you there are.
What if it rains on our day?
A little drizzle is no problem — an umbrella can even make a lovely shot. If heavy rain is forecast we’ll simply move to another day. I watch the forecast closely before every session, so we plan around the weather together.
Can we shoot indoors or at our home?
Absolutely — any package can be held at your home or a chosen indoor location. A relaxed home environment often produces the most natural results, particularly for families and young children. Just let me know your preference when you book.
Can you photograph a surprise proposal?
Gladly — surprise proposals are a favourite. Let me know in advance and I’ll be in position discreetly, capturing the moment as it happens so it stays entirely yours.
What should we wear and bring?
I’ll send a short style guide once you book. In general: wear what makes you feel comfortable, bring a layer in case it turns cool, and choose comfortable shoes — Oxford’s lanes are cobbled.
